Support Notes


WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR MARIONETTE?

Windows 95 (Crestron Marionette is a 32-bit application, that runs under Windows 95 only.) SchoolNet v.2.6 running on a server.


HOW IS MARIONETTE INSTALLED?

  1. Copy all the files from the diskette into a directory.
  2. Edit the .INI file, making sure that the IP address of the server is listed correctly.
  3. Place an icon on your desktop and link it to the program.

NOTE: The IP address of the server must be static.


CAN MARIONETTE CONTROL CABLE TV IN THE CLASSROOM?

Yes, with the installation of additional software and a CNTV cable television subscription.


WHERE ARE MARIONETTE ROOMS AND PASSWORDS SET UP?

They are set up in SchoolNet, the Crestron server-based program that is required for Marionette to run.
